Greetings from Helena Meetze. She has contacted many of us already about the Conference to be held on May 2-3 at the Newberry Opera House on 1201 McKibben Street in historic Newberry. The activities will be held in the auditorium. Registration begins at 12:30 PM.
Executive Committee Meeting at 1:00
Board of Directors Meeting at 2:00
Official Opening at 3:00
Those of you who have reports to make, please bring two copies of them, one for the President and one for the recording Secretary.
The evening dinner at 6:30 will be at the downtown bistro "Steven W's" 1100 Main Street. We will be able to order from the menu.
Saturday will be Junior day. Registration at 9 AM and Meeting at 9:30.
Cost for the entire conference: $20
Please send a check payable to Marybeth Shelley and mail with your registration form to her by April 20th.
